Our services are only available to individuals aged 16 and above. By using our website and services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Use of Website & Prohibited Activities

Users must not misuse the content or engage in any illegal activities while using this website. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Copying, distributing, or repurposing content without authorisation.

  • Using this website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or impair the websiteā€™s functionality.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access to our services.

3. Intellectual Property

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payment is required before attending a nutrition consultation.

  • Payment plans are available for clients who sign up for a three-month package.

  • Once enrolled in a three-month package, no refunds will be issued. Automatic payments will continue as scheduled.

  • Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.

  • In extreme circumstances, payments may be paused or canceled on a case-by-case basis.

  • The first payment is due upon signing up for the three-month package. If a payment plan is chosen, subsequent instalments will be direct-debited from the nominated account at the same time each month.

  • Nutrition consultations must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hoursā€™ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Health Disclaimer

The information provided on this website and during consultations is for educational and informational purposes only.
